All indicated prices refer to a single product and are in Euro. Purchase will include tax (VAT) and the VAT rate in effect at the time of shipping. Shipment charges are indicated separately, to such purpose, please consult the "Shipping" page. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
All products shipped to individuals or businesses within Italy will be charged with italian VAT.
All products shipped to EU citizens will be charged with 10% or 22% VAT, depending on the product purchased. However, VAT will not be charged in case we are provided with a valid VAT number of the business receiving the parcel. The VAT Number is verified by online EU VAT validation server (VIES) and we will reserve the right to refuse your request. Moreover, for all those who purchase from countries extra UE will be applied the price net of tax.
PLACING AN ORDER:
Once an order has been completed, you will be sent an email indicating that the order has been submitted and is "pending". This message is not a shipping confirmation, but rather a notification that the order has been received. Afterwards, assuming the products requested are available, you will be sent a new email message stating that the order is being "processed". This message informs you that the order is currently being processed but has not yet been shipped. After the package has been shipped, you will receive an email message confirming that the order processing is complete and the package has been consigned to the courier. This message will state that the package has been "shipped". However, goods will not be shipped as long as the transaction will not be concluded.
PAYMENT AND SECURITY POLICY:
We do accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Carta Aura, and PayPal, also you can pay by bank transfer in advance. For credit card purchases, payment is controlled and managed by PayPal, the most popular payment processing system among leading Italian e-commerce sites. If you already have a PayPal account, just enter your username and password. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still use your credit card by selecting the option “Don’t have a PayPal account?”.
To ensure your maximum security during your purchasing, PayPal uses the SSL3 system (Secure Sockets Layer 3), the highest security standard for trasmission of sensitive data on internet. All customer’s more confidential informations absolutely will not be managed from our staff (to exception for the needed data to the shipment) but only from PayPal which will have to guarantee the good outcome of the transaction.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive an email with our current account data. In this case, the order will be shipped after we have been credited the amount on our current account. It takes about one to four days for the payment to be credited to our account. Once payment has been received, you will be sent an email confirming payment as well as the shipment of your order. If we do not receive the payment within 15 days from the date of the order confirmation, we will cancel the order and the products can be resold.

DELIVERY OF YOUR PRODUCTS:
It is possible to monitor the progress of the package by using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. Servomat s.n.c. shall not be held liable for any delays in shipping attributable to the courier.
If the parcel is returned to Servomat because of an incorrect or an incomplete address, the carriage is not refundable. If you fail to pick up a package that is being stored in the courier’s warehouse (after an unsuccessful delivery attempt), you will be billed for shipping and handling fees.
Upon receipt of the package, please check that:
Any visible damage to the package or an incorrect package number, must be reported to the courier immediately (at the time of delivery) and the package must be refused without hesitation. If you fail to pick up a package that is being stored in the courier’s warehouse (after an unsuccessful delivery attempt), you will be billed for shipping and handling fees.
Invoices are not included in the package but rather sent in electronic format 3-5 days after the order is submitted. The invoice is sent to the email address that you provided during registration. Entering a valid VAT number and if you are in the EU it will be possible to avoid to pay for italian taxes. We will reserve the right to verify the truth of inserted data.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT:
Consumer has the right to withdrawal from the purchase with no penalty and without motivation within 10 working days of receipt of goods. To return the goods wthin this time you must send a letter by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address:

You may even give us notice that you are exercising your withdrawal right by fax or e-mail but it has to be followed within 48 hours by letter delivered by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt. We will proceed refunding you by bank transfer. We are not responsible for the shipping costs of the goods back to us. The goods must be returned in an insured postage paid parcel because we shall not collect any cash on delivery or carriage unpaid parcels. For the right of withdrawl to be exercised, goods must be returned intact and undamaged. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. All the phurchasing made in our web site are to be taken as having been completed in Italy and are governed by Italian laws.
