The most of the products listed in the catalogue are always available in our warehouse and ready to be dispatched. However, occasionally during certain periods of the year some items are out of stock. If this should be the case, if not indicated the availability, please send us your request via email at email@example.com or just click on"Notify me!" button that you can see below the product description and we will notify you when the item is once again available to order. Some other items like coffee machines, usually need to be requested by special order.
To order, please choose one or more products from the store and add them to your shopping cart clicking on "add to Cart” button.
You can add and remove products, change quantities anytime you want just checking on "Cart" and clicking on "Show Cart" button that you can see on the top of every page. Once you have added all the products you want to your shopping cart click on the “Check Out” button and enter your data.
At this point, if you are a customer already registered, insert your ID and your password and the form will be automatically filled with the data you provided us. Otherwise if you are not registered you must fill in the form by clicking on “+”.
Follow the on-screen instructions to enter shipping preferences, your shipping address and payment information.
You can carry out your payment through credit card, PayPal or by bank transfer. For your payment by credit card, we have chosen PayPal, the most commonly used payment system among leading online e.commerce shops and you can use it even if you don't have a PayPal account. If you already have a PayPal account, just enter your username and password. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still use your credit card by selecting the option “Don’t have a PayPal account?”
To ensure your maximum security during your purchasing, PayPal uses the SSL3 system (Secure Sockets Layer 3), the highest security standard for trasmission of sensitive data on internet.
Finally a summary page will show you all the items you want to purchase including transport charges and sales tax, please review your order carefully prior to submitting it for processing, then you are ready to send it.
As you move through checkout, you will have an opportunity to review your order before selecting “Confirm Order”. Once an order has been completed, you will be sent an email indicating that the order has been submitted and is pending. This message is not a shipping confirmation, but rather a notification that the order has been received. If you have made your payment with credit card and if it has been approved by PayPal you will be sent an automatic and confirmatory e.mail stating that the order is being confirmed. This message is not sent in case of payment submitted by bank transfer. In fact, if you choose to pay by bank transfer, it takes about one to four days for the payment to be credited to our account. Once payment has been received, you will be sent an email confirming payment as well as the shipment of your order. Afterwards, assuming the products requested are available, you will be sent a new email message stating that the order is being processed. This message informs you that the order is currently being processed but has not yet been shipped. If the order cannot be processed (for various reasons), you will be sent a message stating that the order has been cancelled. In this case, you will have to place a new order.
You can check the status of your order directly on the website, just go to “Login”, enter your login details and select“Account Maintenance”. You will then be able to view information about your order, including whether it has been confirmed, shipped or cancelled.
After the package has been shipped, you will receive an email message confirming that the order processing is complete and the package has been consigned to the courier. This message will state that the package has been shipped. Finally, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to follow the progress of your package.
